An Automated Approach to Horn Antenna Impedance Matching and Manufacturing Using 3D Printing

In this paper, we propose a streamlined design and automation of horn antenna its rectangular waveguidebased feeder using computer simulation-based optimizations additive manufacturing. The approach enables time-effectiveness with holistic the two components, while achieving advantageous results parameters. is described in comparison to other works presented discussed on models manufactured for midband frequencies: at 2437 MHz 5250 MHz. optimumsearch algorithm was able find parameter values that resulted more than 25 dB improvement S11-parameter initial based textbook theory. For 2437-MHz antenna, achieved bandwidth, optimized parameters, 16.52% wide comparing 5.14% bandwidth result analytical expressions. case 5250-MHz reached 25.47%. fabricated gain close value.
